Glenroy 9-day occupation

The Glenroy GRY-3 occupation ran for nine days, with continuous Testing and Commissioning activity across shifts.

NWPA used Trax in a shadow trial alongside existing methods to test whether digital workflows could keep pace under real pressure.

The trial focused on:

  • One asset and work-instruction database
  • Team task assignment through Event planning
  • GIS-supported field sign-off

The practical difference was traceability. Every action was time-stamped and attributable, so project leads could monitor status live.

During the shutdown, teams reported faster status checks, cleaner QA records, and fewer location errors when signing off assets.

The Glenroy trial became a reference point for later T&C feature development in Trax.
